Shocking service. Customer service couldnt tell me anything about the shipping and the reps would ignore my request but it was in local DHL centre for 5 days without a single notification from banggood or DHL. I had to use an external tracking company to hunt down my parcel and use them to arrange collection from DHL Parcel was collected, well packaged and solidly build. It was plug and play. So, overall happy with the product, unhappy with the delivery service.
