I was sent another one of these after the first one had issues. The second has what appear to be Sony VTC6 batteries (all 12 have proper labelling), with internal resistance of 10-11mOhm. Seems to be a bit better overall quality than the first one I received.

Internal resistance was around 19mOhm new so I removed the packaging to inspect. Most batteries are labeled as vtc6, but only one has a qr code. A few have no printing at all. One of the batteries had a split in the wrapping. Of the batteries that had printing, the manufacturing dates were all different - assuming the printings are legitimate. The quality of the spot welds and soldering was not great. With all that said, I'm inclined to believe these are not genuine vtc6 batteries but cannot say with certainty. However, I can say the overall quality is quite poor. The wrapping on the outside says it is a LiPo too.
