+ Looks nice, + cleanly manufactured + well documented - did not perform as desired, broke during a first test (see below) Tested the DC-DC converter with 5.5 V input voltage and a current limit of 3 A. On the output side I turned the potentiometer to adjust 7.0 V. All worked fine. Then I added a resistor chain of about 6 Ohm to the output. Could see the input current rising. It worked fine for 2 minutes. Then the output voltage dropped to 0 V. Since then no output voltage is produced anymore. Looks like the 1.2 A output current at 7 V killed the module within 2 minutes. The module did not get hot. The maximum input power was always below 20 W and the output current below 1.5 A.

The heat sink can be easily removed. The fever during use is abnormal. Be careful not to burn yourself.
