Pulled them out of the package, opened the case and boom, paired perfectly. The sound is better than any of the Pixel Buds I've had and better than the Airpods I had as well. Love that they link right up seamlessly with my Vivo phone. It's a shame this brand isn't sold in America. Customer service over delivered. I wasn't expecting to receive these buds so soon. Will be my go to for all my Chinese orders moving forward.
