This is basically a bike head lamp with red LED light on the back of the head mount, but I do not ride a bike much anymore and definitely not at night. This is a serious light that you can wear and work in a lot of places, has good up and down adjustment and an easily accessible switch, and it has a zoom light beam, just tried it in the dark and it lights up trees and stuff over two hundred yards away no prob, would not fit onto a work helmet with present harness, but could be adapted. Came with two new 18650 button cap batteries manufacturer unknown so light duration should be very good USC recharge plug. The light itself looks waterproof but I do not think the battery box is. Main beam, half beam and strobe, rear red LED constant. Would not use this for jogging a bit heavy with the batteries, but would feel safe with it on country roads, because its a big light. Arrived quickly but the packaging was poor, lucky it was not damaged in transit.
