This is a great HF receiving loop antenna. I'm using it with an RSPlay SDR and I'm shocked at how well it works. I have it hanging in a closet next to my home computer and run SDR Console v3 and it's much better than my old six foot dipole in the same closet. It is seriously comparable to my attic dipole connected to a Ham radio transceiver. I'm pulling in a bunch of Ham operators on 40, 80 and 160 meters using Lower Side Band. Short wave AM reception is also very good. Give it a try. 73 de K9OJ

Good Antenna but need a sensitive Receiver. If you want to use a RTL-SDR you need a LNA connected direct at the Antenna Feedpoint.

Nice receiving range. Using it for shortwave listening. I can read Texas based stations in Zurich without any amplifier on 20m. Yes, I will place it in a better location soon 😂 (picture) Absolute recommendation! 👌

Very good quality product.requires a preamp on steeing in receiver. tunes on 7 Mhz and 100 MHz but works on Full HF band.

The Plastic Box is not good for permanent outdoor use. I got a torque wrench for use with SMA connectors. it is not usable here, the SMA sockets are not very robust mounted inside the plastic housing. But that shouldn't matter because this antenna is not for operation at the upper frequency end of the SMA-connector. Looking inside the box I saw the transformer for impedance matching is quite small, so this antenna is only good for receiving.
