tfoutfou these are pretty shitty , i get a bunch from different sources and they all heat and drew 20 to 60 mA on their own . (they draw this current even with no load OR with a load --> the efficiency is crap with all the wasted current) the bigger size one (still very small) drew only 0,2 mA with no load , and very small with load
