Q: recently I bought kaload b12 band. in an using fw ver. C60_1.01_79_180104 latest version. Device is useless to measure any sensor like BP Or heart rate. when ever I try to measure, it says "failed_please wear it properly". pls provide solution.

Ashok Raj I updated the firmware, Now its not working properly when tried to measure BP or heart rate. Band shows Cross Mark when tried to measure BP or heart rate even though it is already connected to band.

Hi, Happy to use kaload B12 smart band. It works independently without connection to mobile phone or software. You can see the instant reading on the band's screen.
