Balashi little star app may be use for this. manual is nit provided along with product but you will get it from customer care if you contact them.

PaulVdB the neon DOES NOT work on 12vdc (I tested!) maybe the "driver" works with 12VDC, but the neon wire does NOT. A clear notice at the top of the description would be nice. Why isn't it sold as a set ? (wire PLUS driver) since the wire does not work without the driver ?
