BG211114155 Itworks for me in Europe ( GR ) and with my server not in China. I have it connected to the new Xiaomi Zigbee 3.0 hub. It does not work directly with Alexa Echo Dot. I don't know if it can get connected through the Xiaomi skill to a Zigbee hub Alexa model, like the Echo. "It works or not" always depends on what action you want to do and what you want to achieve. Although the easiest thing to do is to stick to the Xiaomi ecosystem and Yeelight through the Xiaomi Zigbee 3 hub, other NON direct ways for it to interact with other ecosystems exist, for example through Android notifications and IFTTT.
