anthony Hi Aaron, the points redemption while I was trying to purchase a product was kind of buggy. There was a couple of times I tried to buy something and keyin my points and then proceeded to the next page, but realized I chose the wrong payment method. The points was deducted, but I wanted a different payment method, there is no option to back to previous page, so I closed the page and performed the transaction again, but my points was already deducted. So I had to send a private message to banggood support to refund the points but it took a few days. This is kind of inconvenient. I hope your software team resolve this bug so that incomplete transactions do not deduct the points yet, should deduct the points only after the payment gateway is passed, or at least provide a button or option to let customer review before proceed to the payment gateway.
