Good quality, good finish. I already have used it and it is a great help to draw a marking line parallel to the straight edge of a piece of wood, metal or whatever. Please note that the holes start at 5 mm and end at 49 mm. Possibly I will drill an extra hole at 50 mm, but only in the case I really need it.

Q: Which battery can be used? The caliper came with an AG13, which has a diameter of 11mm, but the compartment has a diameter of 17.5mm. Therefore, AG13 does not fit! According to the manual it must be 1.5V silver oxide.

The caliper is relatively heavy and the measuring jaws are perfectly aligned. Seems to be good and robust quality. Minor critic: a) Delivered instruction manual is for another model with 1.5V battery. Such AG13 battery was in the package, but 3V battery CR2032 is needed for this caliper as mentioned online! b) The case is not very robust. The lock screw has broken a hole inside the case. I fixed this with some glue and a tape. In total I am happy with this caliper. Therefore, full 5 points.

Bright display; Fast (I write 5 floating point values and 4 lines every 50 ms using a Maple Mini CPU board. Fast enough for my process monitor application); The only point that I do not like is that overwriting a text line does not delete the previous contents. I have to delete it by drawing a black rectangle before printf(). Possibly this is an issue of the library that I have used for a quick test. I will try to find an alternative library or program my own tft.printf function. SD card interface not tested yet.

I have connected the Display to a Maple Mini board with STM32F103CB CPU, but the program fits also easily into a Blue Pill. For programming I use the Mbed online complier at the moment where I found a UniGraphic library with a sample program. The sample works and the display colors are also excellent even though the luminance is not very bright. Nevertheless, I do not need a display for sunlight since it will be used inside the house. Touch and SD not tested yet. These are not part of the ILI, they are designed with two separate chips. Please note: I have used two pixel per point on the curves to emphasize the color experience.

The pads are all OK, the holes are at the right places, the PCBs are clean and the edges are smooth. This is perfect quality. I will use the PCBs to build my prototype modules with electronic circuits.

L2Tinker Ilike the idea to put labels on the enclosure and to put an overview under the PCB. Please verify polarity of the loudspeker cables. The topview drawing shows the minus in the middle and the plus on the outer terminals. You find this also printed on the PCB close to the terminal block. Therefore your label must be L L- R- R . Wrong polarity does not damage anything but you lose especially the low frequencies in the sound then.

I have tested the performance with a sketch similar to the example in the Arduino forum (MCP3208) after throwing out the command bits section. Using digitalRead and digitalWrite my modified function read_adc() took 220 us to give a measured value back into the loop(). Please note that this first test was with bit-banging SPICLOCK. Then I changed my sketch to direct port manipulation. This boosts performance to just 40~44 us per sample (=22kHz). Next step is to feed 4 modules with the same CS and CLOCK. The DOUT of each must be connected to separate digital input pins of the Arduino, of course. Then I can measure 4 analog inputs completely synchronized without slowing down the sampling rate. This enables power measurement and much more for my applications. (BTW, the parallel analog/digital conversion is the reason why I cannot use the hardware SPI that is implemented in the Arduino.) Only one minor critic: The two pin rows are not aligned to the grid of a bread board. The 3-pin input is just shifted a half step. Therefore, I have mounted the 3-pin on the upper side and give 4 stars for quality.

I have bought the FDTI converter to upgrade the firmware of my small oscilloscope DSO138, which requires 3.3V signal levels. MS Windows 10 did not ask for a driver. The converter was automatically available. Two solder jumpers must be closed on the DSO to enforce starting in boot-loader mode. With the jumper on the converter in the place for TTL 3.3V I connected computer and DSO. All the procedure for upgrading the firmwareusing the 'demo' flash tool from ST did work as written in the guide. After re-boot of the DSO138 I have tested the new features, all improvements and bug fixes. All of these work perfect. Therefore, I can recommend the Geekcreit FT232RL FDTI.
