Q: Why has it solderpads for gnd on this board? Must solder ground from fc?

Gedir Place this in your stack between your FC and 4in1 ESC, and solder one of the several ground tabs to your FC ground. It helps to isolated your flight controller's inductors from EM noise generated by your 4in1.
