Q: why does it cutoff at 3.7V per cell, instead of 3.2V per cell.

mortendn 3.2v would lower life of lipos a lot. Min 3.4-3.5 to make them last long. 3.7v seems rather high though. Maybe ask ISDT directly.

mengchens pleasenote that it will cut off and stop charging at 3.7V/Cell, which is ridiculous. In this case, I do not recommend this item.
