BG491412591 My device only charges on 5V. It is not charged either on cables directly from the battery or with a 12V power supply. After a short voltage display, the E03 error occurs. I also tried with a power supply from 12V to 15V, the same result. Is there a possibility of resetting?

It is an amplifier that complies with the description, on bluetooth it has a bit disturbing background noise at low volume. The Wuzhi Audio control software is under Sinilink, at least I cannot control the amplifier with any device other than the one that transmits the bluetooth signal. With Sinilink, you connect a bluetooth transmitter, phone or tablet and with another device you can connect to the bluetooth software, to manipulate the controls of the amplifier, volume, next song, equalizer.

It seems ok from the point of view of the sound, but powered under 24v it does not work, even if the specifications say that it also works with 12v.
