hello , when I was yong , I was a technician. We worked with coax cable as RG214 and RG 213 and also RG58 . The components we used was a transistor PNP or NPN and some diodes. It was also the time about the introduction of the IC's. As connectores we used N , PL239 ans BNC. Time goes by and components are smaller then before. We use now SMA and also the 50 ohms cable RG316 is much smaller. I am happy with the improvement of technics and keeping up working now with it makes me feel happy. Thanks .
