This particular product is problematic in the hdmi queue, as soon as I connected an external monitor from the laptop, the image quality on the external monitor had a problem, many colored dots appeared and distorted the final image. I regretted this purchase and am concerned about the next one through this website. The price of the product was not particularly cheap because I did not have the minimum requirements.
