This is a miniature solar panel which should be a polycristaline. I doubt the 15Watts output but it is working to recharge 12V accumulator. The regulation of power is very primitive but for this money its fine. Great for DIY projects. The package was ok.

This panel measures 236mm x 158mm for solar, less the areas covered by conductors or open between cells. The gross solar input is 37.29W at the AM1.5 standard. At assumed 20% efficiency, the output is 7.46W. Test values of 0.37A at 15.41V resulted in a calculated 5.7017W. The sun was measured at 96,100LUX at 34 north on 2021/02/22. At AM1.5 there should be about 10% more power. Considering the additional 10% and conductor losses, this panel comes close to half of the 15W advertised output. The USB output will be less due to additional losses. No mark down for the advertised wattage being off because area calculations give a reasonably correct wattage.

I have several micro-controller projects scattered around various outbuildings on my property and I have been experimenting with various solar configurations to keep them all autonomous . I am still experimenting and I am happy to recommend these panels for experimentation, but I haven't yet put them to a full test so I can't yet make a general recommendation.
