Mosfet używam z drukarką Anet A8 do sterowania stołem, pracował dobrze, nie grzał się. Jednak po kilkunastu godzinach pracy tranzystor dostał zwarcia, grzałka stołu cały czas była włączona mino jej wyłączenia na płycie głównej drukarki. Wymieniłem na płytce tranzystor na inny z moich własnych zapasów i działa do tej pory.
