I used for cut acrylic 4mm (methacrylate). Cut speed it's good, but if i cut at 1mm deep the bit broke, at 0.9mm deep pases doen't broke. For safety use i use with 0.5mm depth and feed rate of 2000 mm/min. The cut not's clean but suficient. PRO's: - Low price Cons: - If u wan't to cut a lot of acrilic need to many time, better go to good quality bit for make in one pass of 5mm deep at 1800 mm/min (i have one good quality bit and i use for make in one pass and cleaner cut).
