It fits and works fine in my 2015 sprinter. Inside the pcb looks very similar to the original. The original uses rubber membrane switches which cause problems when moisture gets in them. The Bangood one uses dome switches , which in my option is a better option for window switch where moisture might be an issue. It didn't need coding or anything to the van, it just worked. It arrived in 48 hours.
