The product arrived on time. It is as described. It works well and reaches 60 celcious. The only drawback is that many mugs have a little curvature at the bottom so there is no direct contact with the heat ellement

It works but it's really slow. I put water from the kitchen's faucet and after about 30 minutes the temprature gone to 36°c. No way to warm a cup of milk for the fridge, as it says..
