All 5 the units I received drops to be low 4.9V with a current draw of about 1A. Up to 1.5A, they fall to below 4.8V and peak draws of over 2A could see it the output dip to as low as 4.6 volts. Another problem is that when the output dips with higher current, it does not easily recover to even 4.9V when the current draw falls to below 500mA. This is from a stable 12V input. For me the output stability varies too much with higher currents, so not too useful
