nice and sturdy box. there are magnets holding the heads in place, but one of them is badly placed under the plastic. that one head pops out if you knock the box. not very often, though. the quality of the tool itself is decent, but not great. the rotating palm rest thingie doesn't turn smoothly, it has some bumps/clicks if you put pressure on it (like pressing down on a screw). that's a bit annoying, but manageable. I hope it'll go away in time. the atuman x1 is a higher quality tool, imo. this feels like a cheaper version of that tool in an unusual box. I do like the box, just keep in mind that it's quite bulky. if you need something more compact in your backpack, I recommend the x1.
