Some extra work needs to be done with the guide/instructions to clarify critical step that must be taken. For instance if an instruction is worded (obviously in typical difficult English) that says "Press the 'All On' & 'ALL Off' buttons" then some do not know clearly whether that is saying press one button first & then the other next or whether to press both at the same time.. Instructions are even better if the is an image showing that on the document to insert a "(see diagram X)" notation which makes it very clear and even easier if the user consults a 'translator app' to another language.
