They look the part. I think that a lot of people take a look and give 5 stars without trying them. I don't care how fast they arrived or what colour the packet was. I care about how well they work when I try them. No. I'm sorry. They are soft. There's not much I can say. If you work with aluminium or brass or the like they'll be OK. I used the 5mm one on a bit of hot rolled steel. with oil. It didn't just go blunt. It changed shape. It's like toffee. I don't know what they made it out of but it wasn't HSS. I've had good quality bits (made in England) for years. Used them over and over again. Still going strong. I used this once and it's buggered. Actually, I didn't use it. I tried to use it. I turned it around and finished the hole. That's no good. I'm not against Chinese drill bits. I've had some good stuff. These are a load of old rubbish. They're cheap. Try them for yourself. If enough people give bad review, people might avoid them. I wish that people would stop giving 5 stars just because the post man brought them. "They arrived quickly, well done Banggood! 5 Stars." What good is that to anyone? These are crap! They just are. Or, at least mine were.
