BG381515194 Dear service team, I did exactly what was shown in the video on the product page. The red head will not slide on the Festool track if you assemble it correctly. The support provided a workaround that is not acceptable (always loosen alle 8 screws on the 2 heads, thus loosing also callibration). I told them to check exactly the same video, you mentioned here. But still, there was no other support given.

BG381515194 Dear service. I did everything according the videos on the product page. The guides do not fit. The support provided me a workaround to always loosen all screws on the red heads. But then you loose the callibration and have to use two screw drivers for the 8 screws. I told them to check the videos on the producr page but there was no other support then the workaroung or some Banggood points. But I do not need points, I need working guides.
