The information provided by the description isn't accurate. The module does not output 4A in any of the output signals. Nor does it power a Raspberry Pi 3 B+. Actually i think that it can deliver ~ 1 Amp max per output. Having said that it actually can power up and act as a UPS/Battery bank to any arduino based board, to es8266 and similar boards. It can power up a raspberry pi zero w and also provide the UPS functionality. The circuit does provide the over charge and discharge protection. It will cut power below 2.5 V. Be careful with the 18650 battery that you use since some will not fit, though i fixed that by bending the inner battery holder to force the fitting. Also i got 2 and one of them had a desoldered cap. I had to solder it to the board, if you don't have a problem with that i guess it's ok.
