Zainul Aabdin I used "3.3V 5V TTL Bi-directional Logic Level Converter For Arduino" and it seems this was creating problem. When I removed logic level converter and used potential divider, at least ESP8266-03 module is working now.

Gengus Hi there Look at the Github for instructions start at https://github.com/genguskahn/ESP8266-For-DUMMIES on the first page there is an explaination of the routine to flash and the tools to successfully complete. The RX-TX Voltage levels are surprisingly tolerant.

sugan i can receive the version number and my lap and mobile can able to identify the ESP module -07 but even then i could not able to receive any response for AT command may i know the reason...?can anyone help me.
