This panel works, but while it is rated for 130 w, it produced significantly less power than a 100w name-brand panel that was right next to it. It's really maybe an 80watt panel. Yes, I'm an electrical engineer and experienced with solar, no it was not shaded, yes I repeated the test, etc. The panel was brand new out of the box and did not appear to be damaged. This panel simply does not meet its specifications. I like the flexible panel concept, and this one looks and feels great. But when you look at the actual power that it makes, it is not a good deal.
