I checked this converter and the results are: With 4A output current, the voltage drop only 0.08V on 12V. With a current of 4.5A, the voltage drop 0.15V. At 5A, the current protection is probably activated and the voltage drops to about 3V. So my recommendation is not to connect a converter with a power consumption of more than 55W at 12V. Regulation of the output voltage is from 11.1 to 13V. Price is acceptable.
