I bought it for the new generation SST40 LED. I had already the previous Convoy S2+ version with the XML LED. The light power difference (1800lm here VS 1000lm previously) is not obvious but the "software" change with now 4 power levels but the first one at 0.1% is very low, maybe an eco mode in case. No more flashing mode. Here with the SST40, only 2 light temperatures available and the 5000K is already very cold. The previous version XML allowed warmer white colors.
