Bought this together with the HBX 16889A Pro so we can distinguish the two cars better. have to admit i regret buying this compared to the other one. Should have gotten two 16889A Pro. I have the feeling the latter is faster. Other differences are plastic drive shafts on the front wheels and plastic shop absorber dampeners. Yet it is fun to drive around and still fast enough when you want to go fast. I'ld recommend buying a second battery.

I purchased this after buying my son an FTX Tracer (same car with brushed motor in the UK) I originally got him one to save my own Tamiya getting destroyed by my son, and quickly found out that these little cars are super fun. They take an absolute bashing, are nippy, and are just generally good fun without worrying about what's broken after a hard crash. I have upgraded the suspension to oil filled shocks on both, which is the only upgrade really needed.
