I'm not a battery expert but I don't think it's Lipo, it might be li-ion, there are no markings on the battery. Also the battery plugs are different from the stock huina 1550. But regardless the battery is much better than the stock 400 mah battery that comes with the huina 1550, at least 3x more run time. overall I would recommend this battery if you don't mind changing the plugs, it's a simple fix.
