This charger does not support "storage charge" or "Discharge Balance" which are must haves when dealing with LiPos. (tried charging with 3.8v per cell cut off but charger refused to charge, beeped and gave "incorrect chemistry" warning.) This charger fan sounds like an EDF when charging. Loudest charger I have ever heard. The dual charge ports and AC feature are a good move. But are not worth having if the charger does not have the most basic MUST HAVE features. Buy a charger that does it all Or buy this + buy a balance discharger so you can discharge down to storage level. But if the cell voltages are below 3.80v then you will have to charge them up to 3.80v. Not worth the money and a trap for new comers.
