Surprised by the quality. Attaches to the seat nicely. Material seems fairly strong. it looks nice and holds pretty well against back of car seat. Plenty of pockets for various storage. My only gripe would be the straps that hold around the head rest may not last very long due to the thickness and potential weight of items placed in various pockets. I am pretty satisfied with this though as this type of storage has been difficult to find and this is a very nice looking usable product. Thanks :)
