the ME-VC2 is Excellent value for money, really. Fantastic quality. Thank you for the steel pre-filter that protects the HEPA. A few years ago, I bought the ME-V6 and wanted another. This kit has much more for about the same amount paid: a protective case full of accessories not to mention much more power. To be honest, I have no use for the blower function. I can't think of any use case for me where I would want to spread dust and filth at high velocities rather than collect and dispose of it. I liked the feature of the ME-V6 where the air was exhausted through the angled handle, cooling the battery and controller. It made it very predictable to know what was being affected by the exhausted. Many bad vacuum designs blow out in really inconvenient directions--like your face or straight out of the sides--causing new messes. At least in this case, I can look straight behind the vac to see what will be affected by exhaust.
