Using couple of months after each running (3-4x a week). 2 -3 hours of operation are fine-shoes are dry. What it makes, is that it keeps the shoes w/o odor. If there is a possibility for you to have it in separate room (open window) or outside, use it, as the smell will go out of the shoes to the air...
