In USB-A port the speeds are almost same. Took less than 10 seconds to copy a 2GB file onto the BlitzWolf M.2 SSD. The enclosure and BlitzWolf M.2 SSD met their hardware specifications. In power consumption tests I measured a max of 1.66W (5.06/0.33A). In stand-by mode it draws only 0.55W (5.10V/0.11A). If you want an affordable M.2 SSD enclosure which offers compatibility with NVMe (PCIe) and NGFF (SATA) protocols, then I highly recommend getting the PINRUI enclosure.
