The board is pretty well built. It contains a STM32F103VET6, with the serial interface SWD on it, which has 4-pin programming header: VDD, SWDIO, SWCLK and GND. Thus, any ST-Link programmer can be used to load the binary files and also to do debug operations. It has also two jumpers for BOOT-UP configuration. For the main clock configuration it has an 8MHz resonator and for the RTC clock it has an 32768Hz resonator, both SMD variant. You will need an USB cable with micro USB type B connector for powering up this board. There is a 3.3V stabilizer with an AMS1117-3.3 chip, for the VDD and 100uF / 330uF capacitors are used. There is also on the board a Winbond 25X40BV flash memory chip, with SPI interface and 4 Mbit or 524 Kbytes in size. The supplied pins are tin plated, good enough for the learning, but if you want better contacts you should buy gold plated pins. Overall it is a good acquisition for the money paid, it's recommended to buy this board to be used for learning STM32 applications, or it may be integrate even into more complex projects.
