Recebi hoje, muito rápido mas a fonte não baixa dos 20.64v.. Sobe normal até aos 32v mas não desce abaixo dos 20.64v. O que posso fazer?

BG101246161 Suggest you open the outer case after having removed the power cord. Check the solder connections of the 5 watt brick resistors to the board, also check the soldering on the voltage adjustment pot terminals.
