I ordered your product and paid for it. I found when I went to view where it was, it would not download any information; the screen froze. I began getting a bit concerned. After three weeks I was about to cancel when the screen thawed and the delivery date was revealed. It was some five weeks since the order that the product arrived at my address, to my relief. It was three days prior to the estimated delivery date. As far as the product goes, I'll test drive it tomorrow, but $23.00 Australian for a p.h. meter, if it doesn't work, it will be no great loss, but atleast I have the product that I paid for. It was very frustrating that the info. I needed was not available for some three weeks after purchase. This was very disconcerting. Peter O'Connor
