Product arrived complete and without any damage. The body itself is made of plastic and the hanging rope isn't protected with a cover. I am no expert but seems as the product is mostly suitable for medium sized birds as it is too small for e.g. ravens. Good price, value as expected. Already filled with food and used it to feed my birds ;) *Haven't tested water resistance.
