BG normally takes good care of customers. In this case the product came in just over a month and with extensive documentation. The problem is that most people in Europe don't understand any Chinese. It is a high tech product and some instructions are necessary. I couldn't find a link for the user manual on the web. I hope that someone will place a link. Sorry for the low star value, but without a manual the value is low
