Used it on my XK K110. I didn't have tail rotor overheating issues so far but just in case. I had to remove the shrink wrap that was in place in order to install the heat sink. I also used a little thermal grease to help the process. The provided screw (1.2mm) turned out to be slightly to small, it just wouldn't tighten. Had to exchange for a slightly bigger size 1.4mm. The heatsink is made from aluminium and only 1.10g weight. Dimensions are 22.4x16.8x4.2mm.
