We don't come across many ready to fly model that are good for indoor flying. Any RC aircraft for indoor flying needs to be very agile and very durable in our hands and these Cubs were surprisingly perfect for our 2 hours of indoor flying fun. Note that the Super Cub does not have ailerons so is not as agile although I enjoyed the challenge of flying it in that configuration. Outside theses are brilliant RC aircraft from Volantex RC. They are perfect for anyone wanting to try out RC for the first time ! Just charge up the provided flight battery with the provided USB charge lead, put 4 AA batteries in the transmitter, switch on the transmitter and make sure it is in beginner mode, then a gentle hand launch and have hours of fun learn to fly. When you are ready for a bit more agility, move the switch to the MIDD position...and then when you want unrestricted aerobatic fun move the switch to the EXPERT position. While flying in the BEGINNER and MIDD modes use the AEROBATIC button to perform loops and rolls. Note that there the Super Cub does not have ailerons. It is a 3 channel RC aircraft and you need to use rudder to turn. This makes it easier to fly but not as agile as the Sport Cub which does have ailerons and for an intermediate RC pilot is far easier to fly in a small space. This is such an awesome first RC plane. 99% assembled in the box, just add the lading gear and plug in the battery and you're away. Just need to buy 4 x AA batteries for the controller. So easy to fly, the gyro will make you look like an expert on your first flight. Turn off the gyro and you can do some neat tricks. If you do hit the ground too hard the propeller has a neat easy click on/off so difficult to break. The plane only uses elevator and rudder to maneuver, no ailerons. The plane battery gives around 20-30 flying if you just cruise around and is recharged using the included USB charging cable. I would highly recommend this to any beginner. I just cant wait to take it flying again and again.

An incredibly good value. This little plane flies like a dream, first choice for beginners. I plan to buy a few more for the kids on my street. HIGHLY recommended!
