I have had over 40 charges on the first k989. No issues.
Bought two of these. Both are good. One has a differential that is off balance. And one of the transmitters is hard to drive with, the dead spots in the transmitter are horrific. But still runs ok. Can't really beat this for the price. And you can upgrade them to compete with any other micro RC. It is a great chassis to start with if you want to upgrade. They are dirty fast.
Lots of fun to be had with the k989. Well packed as well. Shipping was quick. I wouldn't dare complain about shipping, considering, shipping is free.
