This feels like a very nice diff after some TLC before you install it. Out of the package one felt properly aligned and rotated freely, but you could feel that it had zero grease in it. The other one was not properly assembled and you couldn't even rotate it without binding up. Surprisingly however, they do feel like they are aligned very well. Looks they both had a single 0.1mm shim on both sides and that was it. After I put some grease in them and properly assembled them, they feel amazing! No play on either side and the rotation of the internal gears are so smooth now. The resistance I'm feeling in them as I rotate them by hand not installed, feels perfect. I would definitely recommend these, but do not simply open the package and install them!
