I liked the Item description. I liked the reviews. I purchased 2 because two is better than one and backups work for me. I received these packaged well and in a timely manner. Opened one up to see how it measured up to the description. Nice lightweight compact as I had expected. I put a fresh 18650 in the battery holder with the correct polarity and tested the switch. NOTHING I tried another fresh 18560 and nothing. I put the charging cable in and connected it to a live USB port and a green light came on. With no manual, I assumed the green light meant the battery was charged. I tried the switches and the lights flashed. I tried a few more in rapid succession and the lights came on with the USB cable engaged. I started looking closer at the battery holder and inserted a battery. I discovered the positive terminal contact did not engage the battery. I bent it out to make contact and the light works perfectly. I am satisfied with the light output. I like the contrast between the spot and the floodlights. The only other issue I would have is the USB cover is a bit cheesy. imho Xaines needs a little better QC.
