Good build quality. sealed switch and USB charging will work in light rain/mud. convenient charging via USB. bright LED's, BLINDING even during daylight, very visible at night. awesome flashing mode (alternating Right/Left, very bright aviation-light style blink/pause/blink, 3 steady modes). Good bycicle mount is included with the device, fits various diameter tubes. however my unit did not come with the belt clip shown in the picture. Overall Awesome value for the money.
